A 1930's golden oak dining suite, probably by Ebenezer Gomme Ltd, (later G-Plan), High Wycombe, comprising a draw-out table, with loose leaf stored beneath the top, with ripple moulded ebonised edge, on false drawer, turned supports and moulded stretchers, 54" closed/69" open x 33" x 29.5" high, (137/175cm x 84cm x 75cm), a set of four matching chairs with pale pink plush upholstery, the studded scooped back with bow-front drop-in seat, turned front legs and H-stretcher, and a side board, the projecting central section with quartered top and ripple-moulded frame, four drawers between cupboards, on matching supports and stretchers, label verso 'EG Trade Mark Furniture', 21" x 57" x 36.5" (53cm x 145cm x 92.5cm).
