A 19th century Italian marble-topped carved limewood torchere. The pink marble serpentine-sided insert within gadrooned edge, raised on a wyvern or dragon monopodium and three carved S-scroll supports, 16" x 14.25" x 43" high (40.5cm x 36cm x 109cm).

Both wings re-tipped. One wing also broken where is joins body. Tripod support has iron brace beneath. A few tight old splits here and there, but otherwise good honest condition.
