Lot Description
An Edwardian silver pedestal dish of circular outline above a tapering & knopped stem with three scrolled supports and raised above a domed circular base, with hammered decoration throughout. Hallmarked James Dixon & Sons Ltd., Sheffield 1907. Height measures 6 inches (15.2 cm), weight 9.08 ozt (282.5 grams).

Condition Report
The bowl displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavier tarnishing to some areas, also some deeper scratches and nicks are visible, especially to the main bowl. The rim of the main bowl is slightly misshapen. General wear to the edge and underside of the foot rim. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
