Condition Report
The jug displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. General surface dints and bumps are visible, and in particular a circular bumpy patch to the main body, to one side of the bottom of the handle. The patch can also be seen to the interior, a possible repair? Some loss of detail to gadrooned rim and a couple of splits starting to appear. Knocks to the ball feet and impressions from two of them are visible to the interior. Struck with maker's marks only, a little rubbed but still just legible.
