An early twentieth century large Irish silver salver, the circular form with engraved floral trails and scroll surround to a central monogram, the raised rim with conforming scroll outline to the open-work foliate gallery interspersed with shell details and supporting four bracket feet. Hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd, Dublin 1917. Diameter measuring 20 inches (51 cm), weight 122 ozt (3803 grams).
