Lot Description
A 1920's cased silver mounted dressing table set, comprising hand mirror, two hairbrushes and two clothes brushes, each piece decorated with green guilloché enamel. Hallmarked Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1928.

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnishing visible and would benefit from a clean and polish. The silver looks to have been previously gilded, but this has now significantly worn. A chip to the enamel edge on one of the clothes brushes. Bristles worn. Deficient space for a comb and possible a vanity pot(?) as there is a small circular vacant space surrounding the handle of the mirror. Hallmarks worn in parts but overall legible.
