The mug displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use.  Heavy tarnishing is visible throughout and it would benefit from a clean and polish.  There are patches of fairly deep and heavy scratches visible.  Some surface dints and bumps and especially some larger ones visible below the engraved monograms.  Knocks to foot rim.  Solder visible around the joins of the handle to the main body.  Maker's mark is partly obscured but other marks are clear and legible.
