Lot Description

A French silver wine taster, of typical circular form with lobed and circular boss moulding and a coiled snake handle to one side.  Struck with the Minerva Standard mark for .925 fineness, alongside a maker's mark 'C.P' (?).  Length including handle measures 4 1/4 inches (10.7 cm), weight 2.37 ozt (73.7 grams).
