A George III silver nipple shield of plain circular and domed form with simple hole drilled piercing. Hallmarked Thomas Phipps & Edward Robinson, London 1804. Base diameter measuring 5.5 cm, weight 16 grams.

A little pitting and flattened areas to the top of the domed section. Minor dints. Construction lines visible. The hallmarks are clear and legible. maker's mark partly worn.
