Lot Description
A 1930's silver cigarette case, of oblong form with engine turned detail and an initialled cartouche, hallmarked William Neale & Son Ltd, Birmingham 1938. Together with a circular silver compact with scrolling engraving and name inscription, hallmarked Adie & Lovekin Ltd, Birmingham 1918, two Ronson lighters in maker's cases and a base metal compass. Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. The lid of the compact does not close flush to the rest of the case. Both Ronson cases and lighters show signs of wear and unable to confirm if they are in working order. The clasp of the cigarette case does not hold shut firmly.
