An Edwardian silver teapot, the oblong form with crest engraving raised on four bun feet to the gadrooned rim and ebonised handle and knop. Hallmarked Fordham & Faulkner (William Charles Fordham & Albert Faulkner), Sheffield possibly 1907. Height measuring 4 3/4 inches (12 cm), weight 16.9 ozt (526 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Rubbing and loss of definition. A number of small dents. Crest rubbed. Hinge allows quite a bit of sideways movement. Interior heavily discoloured. Holes almost worn through to the bun feet. Hallmarks very worn and very difficult to decifer.
