A George III silver snuff box, the curved oblong form with flush set hinge and monogrammed lid. Hallmarked Joseph Willmore, Birmingham 1810. Length measuring 4.8 cm, weight 27 grams.

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Numerous dints and dents over the body. Splits visible along the bottom edge seam. Lid does not fully close. Interior heavily discoloured. Hallmarks worn.
