An Edwardian large silver caster of plain baluster form with engraved crest, standing on a circular footed base and the detachable cover with alternating scroll and diaper piercing. Hallmarked Horace Woodward & Co Ltd, London 1909. Height measuring 7 1/4 inches (18.5 cm), weight 8.1 ozt (255 grams).
