Condition Report
The kettle appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. Quite heavy tarnishing is visible to some areas and it would benefit from a clean and polish. Some deeper scratches and nicks are visible, also some minor dints/bumps. The grip section of the handle is a little loose at the fixings around the ivory insulators. One of the pins is sticking out and small gaps are visible at the joins. There are seam splits at the top of the handle and a larger split on one side. There is a knock to the flange of the lid. The stand wobbles a little. The main pin is missing. The hallmarks appear a little rubbed in places but are all legible. Corresponding hallmarks to removable sections.
