Lot Description

CWC - a gentleman's military issue wrist watch. British broad arrow, numbered 0552 523-8290 9583/79. Manual wind movement. Black dial with hourly applied Arabic numerals. Stainless steel case fitted to a non-original green 'NATO' style strap. 35mm.  Please note we are unable to access the movement of this watch.

  • <li> Dial appears to be in good condition however the luminous markers show some discolouration.
  • <li> Hands have marks and scratches. Luminous inserts show some discolouration.
  • <li> Glass has marks and scratches.
  • <li> Case appears to have been repolished.
  • <li> Case has light marks and scratches to the rear, case also shows small dints.
  • <li> Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • <li> Buckle shows marks.<p>

Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.<p>
