Lot Description
A pair of peridot and split pearl ear pendants. Each designed as a marquise-shape peridot, suspended from a split pearl floral line, to the sphere surmount. Length 2.8cms. Weight 2gms. With associated case.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with age/general wear. Composite piece, pendent components date from the early 20th century, possible replacement stones, ear fittings are later. Scratches to the backs of the fittings, one fitting is very slightly misshapen. Peridots yellowish-green, fair to light colour saturation. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Gemstones in good condition with minor abrasion and some nibbles. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Split pearls creamy white, fair to fairly good skins with some blemishes, some with chips to the surface. Fairly good lustre. With screw-back fittings for un-pierced ears. Fittings stamped 9ct.
