Lot Description
A late Victorian 15ct gold split pearl and diamond brooch. The old-cut diamond, within a split pearl surround, to the cannetille panel. Hallmarks for Chester, 1896. Length 4.7cms. Weight 5gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Minor areas of discoloration. Diamonds individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Estimated diamond weight 0.02ct. Split pearls are a cream colour with small blemished and nacre damage. Safety chain deficient. Pin slightly bent but still in working order.
