A late 19th century silver and 9ct gold, sapphire and diamond heart pendant. The oval-shape sapphire, within a rose-cut diamond double surround, to the vacant panel reverse, suspended from a similarly-cut diamond surmount. Length (including surmount) 2.1cms. Weight 1.8gms. With fitted case.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. General discolouration. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond spread weight 0.45ct, which is no indication of the total diamond weight.
