An opal and diamond cluster ring. The oval opal cabochon, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the trifurcated shoulders and grooved band. Dimensions of opal 3.7 by 3cms. Estimated total diamond weight 1.80cts. Length 4.2cms. Weight 24gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The opal has many cracks throughout the stone, durability impaired. Cream body colour with scattered inclusions throughout displaying green, blue, and orange colours. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
