A late 19th century 15ct gold diamond brooch. The old-cut diamond within a star setting, inset to the circular-shape panel, with cannetille and bead detail, to the vacant panel reverse. Estimated diamond weight 0.35ct, H-I colour, VS2-SI1 clarity. Diameter 3.4cms. With fitted case.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Stamped 15ct. Light surface scratches to matt finish on central circular-shape disc. Diamond appears bright with small, scattered inclusions. Case stamped "Wheatley, Carlisle".
