Lot Description

A French Art Nouveau 18ct gold diamond and seed pearl brooch. The circular medal depicting a woman in profile with rose-cut diamond floral accents and collar, to the whiplash foliate line surround, with diamond point flower and seed pearl highlights, suspending a similarly gem-set drop. Maker's marks for Emile Seraphin Vernier. French assay marks. Length 4.8cms. Weight 8.6gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Minor general discolouration. Seed pearls well matched with slightly yellowish creamy hue. Larger seed pearl to drop, baropque shape, possible replacement.
