An early 20th century 18ct gold heart-shape locket. Embossed to each side with scrolling floral tri-colour motif, including thistle and rose designs. Length (excluding surmount) 2.6cms. Weight 9.3gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Base metal inner fitting, glass deficient. Gold plated surmount loop, with significant wear to gold plating. Surmount loop possible replacement with associated discolouration. Locket does not quite close securely. General wear to detail.
