An 18ct gold ruby and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape ruby, within a brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround, to the old-cut diamond accents and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1998. Weight 7.5gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Evidence of resizing. Ruby red, moderate colour saturation. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered to large inclusions, some surface reaching and visible to the unaided eye.
