A large Art Nouveau-style cameo glass vase. The shouldered tall ovoid body acid-etched and carved with red-yellow flowers, the marbled ground with yellow and red flashes, on a knopped naturalistic green stem and flared circular foot, carved 'DAUM NANCY' beneath rim and attributed thereto, 13.75" (35cm) high.
Provenance: Private collection, stored in the attic for the last thirty years (ex. inf. vendor).

Condition Report
The relief on this case is very sharp-edged and the surface decoration quite matt, however the pontil and underside appear genuine, and the lack of patination is consistent with prolonged storage as opposed to regular handling. We believe this lot to be genuine rather than reproduction, however buyers should satisfy themselves prior to placing a bid.
Condition: very good, no damage.
