A tortoiseshell card case and pair of lorgnettes, the card case having rounded rectangular body with expanding concertina tortoiseshell panels, the front inlaid with mother-of-pearl decoration and foliate cartouche, opening to reveal two pink lined card compartments, 2.5" x 4" (6.25cm x 10cm), lorgnettes with tortoiseshell casing and base metal frames, suspension ring to end, 5.5" (14cm) long.
