A pair of 19th century 'Grand Tour' bronzes of Mercury and Fortuna, after Giambologna and Fulconis, he with winged helmet and heels, holding aloft a purse, a (depleted) caduceus in his left hand, raised on a zephyr mask base and domed Siena marble plinth, 19" (48cm) high, she holding a trumpet and a laurel frond, on matching base and plinth, 18.5" (47cm) high.
