A pair of 19th century bronze figures of Napoleonic soldiers, attributed to Luca Madrassi, (1848-1919), each modelled in standing pose with bearskin and rifle tipped with bayonet, one with great coat and knapsack, the other beside a cannon, each on each on naturalistic rectangular base, 9.25" (23.5cm) high excluding bayonet.

Condition Report
No signature or foundry marks. Figure with lowered bayonet has a clean break/joint to top of left arm, and base is slightly bowed. One with raised bayonet has minor rubbing to high points.
