Lot Description
An 18ct gold Sri Lankan sapphire and diamond ring. The oval-shape sapphire, weighing 2.19cts, to the rectangular-shape diamond shoulders and plain band. Accompanied by report number 03462, dated 24th November 2010, from The Gem&Pearl Laboratory, stating that the sapphire shows no evidence of heat treatment, origin opinion Sri Lanka. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct, H-I colour, VS2-SI2 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 4.7gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with minimal wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, one of the diamonds has a feather to the pavillion, approaching a corner. The sapphire is a medium deep, slightly vibrant blue hue, slight colour zoning. Ring size L.
