A gentleman's early 20th century 18ct gold diamond snake ring. Designed as a coiled snake, with old-cut diamond crest and diamond point eyes. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct, I-J colour, P1 clarity. Hallmarks for Chester, 1917. Weight 15.3gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The band has been repaired/resized with slight discolouration, more visible to the inside of the band. Maker's mark slightly worn. The diamonds appear bright. Principal diamond with a large, dark inclusion. Individual rose-cut diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Ring size Z 1/2, at leading edge. Width between 1.2 and 1.5cms.
