Lot Description
An open face pocket watch by Thos Russell & Son. Hallmarked Chester 1901. Signed full plate key wind fusee and chain movement with ratchet lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Silver case. 60mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement shows light wear visible upon close inspection with a few minor tarnishes detected.
<li>Dial appears to show light wear with some discolouration and a few marks noticeable upon close inspection.
<li>Hands show medium wear with clear discolouration visible, especially upon the minute hand.
<li>Glass shows light wear with a few marks that may be able to wash off.
<li>Case shows light to medium wear with clear but minor marks visible and light scratches around the circumference of the case.
<li>The outer case back shows light to medium wear with may but fine scratches visible and some tarnishes clear towards the centre. The inner face of the case back shows light wear with clear tarnishes visible towards the 10-11 hour markers. The inner case back shows light wear with many, but fine scratches visible and one clear tarnish by the 8 marker.
<li>Hinges show medium wear with clear discolouration visible.
<li>Pendant bow shows light wear with some discolouration and minor scratches detected.<p>
