Lot Description
ROLEX - a gentleman's Prince 'Railway' wrist watch. Reference 1862, numbered 012954. Signed Extra Prima calibre 222. Possibly re-finished silvered dial with black Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Bi-colour case fitted to a non-original black leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 20mm.

- <li> Manual wind movement is currently functioning.
- <li> Re-finished dial has some very small marks in various places but is in generally good condition.
- <li> Hands appear to be quite tarnished upon close inspection.
- <li> Glass is very scratched, most of the scratches may polish out, deeper ones will remain.
- <li> Crown does not lay flush to the case.
- <li> Case is scratched and scuffed with dints in various places, some heavier pitting/scratches to rear.
- <li> Non-original strap has been worn and is creased and discoloured.
- <li> Pin buckle is in good condition.<p>
Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.<p>
