Lot Description
BOODLE & DUNTHORNE - an 18ct gold diamond and aquamarine pendant. The rectangular aquamarine half collet, to the square-shape diamond surmount. Maker's mark for Boodle & Dunthorne. Estimated diamond weight 0.40ct. Hallmarks for London, 2003. Length 1.7cms. Weight 4.9gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. The surmount originally designed to open but has been soldered closed. Aquamarine is loose in setting. The aquamarine is an even blue with moderate colour saturation and good clarity. The aquamarine is in good condition with minor abrasion and nicks. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
