An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond five-stone ring. The graduated old-cut diamonds, with diamond point accents, to the scroll gallery and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.25cts, I-J colour, P1-P2 clarity. Weight 3.1gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and light scratches in keeping with age. Evidence of resizing and repair to the band. Band slightly off-round. Claws have been re-tipped. Diamonds bright and well matched. Four diamonds with large inclusions visible to the unaided eye. Some inclusions are surface reaching. One outer diamond with scattered inclusions and a large nick to the crown facets near the girdle, visible under magnification. Four diamonds in fair to good condition with some abrasion and nicks, one diamond in poor condition with a chip to the crown facets and large fracture, durability possibly impaired. Ring size N. Stamped 18.
