Lot Description
A natural pearl single-strand necklace. Comprising a graduated strand of 215 natural pearls, measuring from 2.4 to 5.1mms, to the diamond and ruby clasp. Accompanied by report number 05113, dated 21st January 2012, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater. Austrian assay marks. Length 68cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Gems to clasp possible replacements. Diamond is tinted dark yellow. Clasp stamped 585. Jeweller-type scratch marks. Re-stringing recommended. Some pearls with cracks and/or deep ringing. Pearls moderately well matched with a creamy white through slightly peachy yellow hue, varying lustre and nacre quality. Restringing recommended. Due to size and setting, impossible to accurately assess rubies, possible synthetics. Weight 14.6gms.
