A sapphire and diamond necklace. Of openwork design, comprising a series of five graduated circular-shape sapphires, each within a diamond point foliate panel, suspending three seed pearls, to the diamond point spacers and figaro-link chain. French assay marks 41.6cms. Weight 5.5gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. The sapphires are a well matched medium blue hue. Slight colour zoning. The diamonds appear relatively bright and well matched, estimated total diamond spread weight 0.20ct, which is no indication of the total diamond weight. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades.
