Two Japanese ivory netsuke, the first modelled as a sage, stroking his beard and holding a staff, 2.1", (5.5cm) high, the second a squat rotund bearded figure, perhaps two of the Eight Immortals, each highlighted in black and red, each differently signed to base, (2).
