Lucy Madeley, RMS (1868-1952), 'The Whistler & His Dog', a watercolour on ivory depicting a busker, the figure playing a penny whistle with his dog at his feet, signed with initials lower right, entitled on a label verso with artist address, additional label of James Bourlet & Sons Ltd., 8.25" x 5" (21.5cm x 13cm), in planished copper frame under glass.
