A French gilt spelter mantel clock. The 3-inch white dial with blue Roman numerals, inscribed 'LEROY A PARIS', the silk-suspension movement with matching stamp, countwheel-striking on a bell, numbered 924, the case with figural surmount depicting a grape harvester with wicker pannier, over scroll front, 15.5", (39.5cm) high, together with a glass dome and an associated ebonised base, (3).

Movement - thread lacking to hold pendulum. Pendulum and movement both stamped 924.
Case - fracture beneath pannier. Front is a paler colour than surmount. Inserts could be later.
Dome and base not matching (dome does not fit into groove of base).
