A 19th century gorge-cased repeater carriage clock, Drocourt, Paris, for Albert Barker, London, the white Roman dial inscribed 'ALBERT BARKER 5 NEW BOND STREET LONDON', the two-train movement with silvered lever platform escapement, striking on a coiled blued steel gong, with oval DC stamp for Drocourt, numbered 26210, stamped 'MADE IN PARIS EXPRESSLY FOR ALBERT BARKER', the case with 1897 dedication inscription, 5" (13cm) high, excluding handle, in wine hide travelling box with winder.
