Lot Description
OMEGA - a gentleman's Speedmaster chronograph wrist watch. Circa 1969. Reference 145.022, serial 31611234. Signed manual wind calibre 861. Black dial with luminous hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three, six and nine, black tachymeter bezel. Stainless steel case, case back engraved 'The First Watch Worn On The Moon', fitted to a non-original black leather strap with pin buckle. 39mm.

- <li> Movement is currently functioning.
- <li> Movement appears to be in a good condition.
- <li> Dial appears to be in good condition.
- <li> Hands have light tarnishing to luminous area.
- <li> Glass appears to be in good condition.
- <li> Case has light and medium scratching with nicks especially to the lugs.
- <li> Bezel has light scratching from general wear.
- <li> Case back has light and medium scratching, denting and nicks. Protective plastic covering is still present.
- <li> Crown currently functions.
- <li> Non-original strap has abrasion wear to the strap, there is a slight bend in the strap caused by the buckle.
- <li> Pin buckle has light scratching from general wear. <p>
This lot does not come with box or papers. <p>
Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.<p>
