Lot Description

TUDOR - a gentleman's wrist watch. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1960. Numbered 12192. Signed manual wind movement. Silvered dial with gilt Arabic numeral hour markers. 9ct yellow gold case fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with brass pin buckle. 32mm.

<li> Movement is currently functioning.

<li> Movement has light scratching and marking but appears to be in decent condition.

<li> Dial has tarnishing with scratching to the Arabic numerals.

<li> Hands have light and medium scratching with light tarnishing to the luminous inserts.

<li> Glass has light and medium scratching across the entire surface.

<li> Bezel has light and medium scratching with dinting and occasional light nicks.

<li> Case has light and medium scratches with dinting and nicks.

<li> Case back has light and medium scratches and dinting with deeply engraved personal dedication.

<li> Crown is currently functioning, light scratches are present to the surface.

<li> Strap has light and medium areas of wear and damage especially to the pin holes which have suffered light deformation by the buckle. Strap loop has abrasion wear. Some corrosion products are visible to the metal fastenings.

<li> Pin buckle has light scratching and dints, some corrosion products are visible on the pin buckle where it meets the leather strap. <p>
