Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Replacement brooch fitting, with some wear to the white metal surface, particularly to the fitting and pin. Diamonds bright and fairly well matched, differ very slightly in hue. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Generally minor to scattered inclusions visible under magnification, some larger inclusions visible to the unaided eye. Some of the baguette-cut diamonds with significant surface reaching fractures running the width of the stones, durability may be impaired. Diamonds in fair to good condition, mostly with minor abrasion, some with significant nicks and fractures.
