Lot Description
An early 20th century natural pearl single-strand necklace. Designed as a series of 193 graduated pearls, measuring from 1.47 to 5.09mms, to the single-cut diamond openwork clasp. Accompanied by report number 20017538, dated 24th June 2014, from AnchorCert, stating that an extensive sample of the pearls were found to be natural saltwater. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Length 47.5cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Length of clasp 1.4cms. The pearls are a moderately well matched silvery grey through slightly peachy hue, varying slight overtones. Most pearls are seed pearls. Restringing recommended.
