A late Victorian 18ct gold turquoise knot brooch, circa 1880. The circular turquoise cabochon domed panel, within a rope-twist mount, to the cannetille stylised knot surround. Length 3cms. Weight 7gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good to fair overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Small, slight dents to knot surround, small splits visible to reverse. Some turquoise replacements. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. Turquoise vary in hue from light blue to slightly greenish blue and deep blue. Small matrix visible. Small nicks to some.
