The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond spread weight 0.45ct, which is no indication of the total diamond weight. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Varying inclusions, some surface reaching. The sapphires are a light medium blue hue. Later safety chain. Box shows wear and losses.
