A travelling watch by Jays. Hallmarked Birmingham 1937. Unsigned fifteen jewel manual wind movement with club tooth lever escapement. Silvered dial with hour markers, Arabic numeral three, nine and twelve, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Silver case. 39mm.

<li>Movement displays heavy scratches and tarnishing. Signs of light discolouration is currently present. No apparent signs of alteration.

<li>Dial appears to displays heavy scratches and chips. Signs of discolouration around the edge of the dial.

<li>Hands and center currently have signs of heavy rusting and tarnishing. Light scratches are currently present.

<li>Glass appears to bear light scratching and medium chips.

<li>Case currently has medium scratches and tarnishing.

<li>Case back appears to show medium scratches and denting.

<li>Hinges currently display medium scratches and tarnishing.
