An early 20th century gold reverse carved intaglio bar brooch. The circular reverse carved intaglio, hand painted to depict the portrait of a Dachshund dog, with mother-of-pearl backing and openwork halo, offset to the plain bar. Length 5.5gms. Weight 6.8gms.
