Significant repairs to the surmount, wear and scratches to the gilt surface. Glue to the seed pearls. Seed pearls untested for natural origin. Scratches to the enamel panel, possibly base metal. Some wear and scratches to the hand painted panel. Red gems too small to accurately identify, possibly rubies or garnets. Pinkish-red to purplish-red, dark colour saturation.
