A platinum diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, to the vari-cut diamond millegrain shoulders and polished band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.50ct, I-J colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 2003, partially rubbed. Weight 3gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Polished to a high finish. Chenier gallery worn, setting possibly from an earlier period ring. The diamond is bright and lively with small off-centre inclusions visible with magnification. Estimated total diamond weight of shoulder diamonds less than 0.05ct. Ring size J1/2.
