An early 20th century 18ct gold amethyst and diamond ring. The oval-shape amethyst, to the bi-colour mount and diamond accent shoulders. Weight 2.4gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The band has been polished to a high polish. Stamped plat 18ct, stamps rubbed. Claws slightly worn, may require attention. Amethyst possible replacement. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. The amethyst is a medium deep very slightly pinkish purple hue. Dimensions of amethyst: 7.7 by 5.9mms, by 3.5mms deep. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.02ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Ring size J 1/2.
